At TF The Hair Loft, every service is performed through the TF Method™ a guided approach focused on healthy hair, scalp wellness, and long-term results.
To maintain the integrity of your hair and ensure the best outcome, all services begin with a foundation-first approach.
Please review the information below before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these guidelines.
Where Do I Start?
I’m new or haven’t been in a while , what should I book?
All new clients and returning clients who have not visited within 8–12 weeks are required to begin with a TF Method™ Start Here service.
This includes:
• Healthy Hair Foundation Reset
• or Consultation
This step allows us to assess your hair and scalp, restore balance if needed, and prepare your hair for optimal results.

Why is this required?
Hair that has not been maintained consistently may require preparation before styling. This ensures:
• healthier hair
• better results
• longer-lasting styles
• a more customized experience
Understanding Our Services
What is the TF Method™?
The TF Method™ is our signature approach to healthy hair care. It focuses on restoring and maintaining the foundation of your hair through intentional treatments, styling, and consistent care.
This is where most styling services, including silk presses, protective styles, and color are performed.

What is Thriving Follicles?
Thriving Follicles is our advanced hair and scalp wellness experience, designed for guests experiencing hair loss, thinning, or scalp concerns.
This service focuses on deeper analysis and specialized care beyond traditional styling.
In some cases, guests may be recommended to continue their care through Thriving Follicles for a more in-depth consultation and a customized care approach.
Booking & Scheduling
How do I book an appointment?
All appointments must be booked online. For questions, please use the contact form on the website.

What if I don’t see availability?
Join the waitlist or submit a request through the contact form.

Are booking fees required?
Yes. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.

Can I make changes after booking?
Please ensure your service, date, and time are selected correctly before booking. Changes are not accepted once confirmed. If you’re unsure what to schedule, please reach out prior to booking.
Can I book multiple services?
For combined services, please add on all appropriate services

How should I contact TF The Hair Loft?
To ensure all inquiries are properly received and responded to, communication is conducted through the website contact form. Text messaging is not supported.
Appointments & Timing
What is your late policy?
A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, appointments are canceled and the booking fee is forfeited. If accommodations are possible, a late fee will apply.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
No-show appointments will result in restricted future booking access.
Can I bring someone with me?
Appointments are reserved for one guest only to maintain a calm and focused environment.
Service Experience
What should I know before my appointment?
Hair is provided in 1B for braided styles (excluding crochet). Please include any color or style details in your booking notes.
Do you work with all hair types and lengths?
Yes. If your hair is short, matted, or requires additional preparation, please contact us prior to booking. Additional fees may apply.
Will all services be performed as booked?
Services may be adjusted based on the condition of your hair and scalp. A Healthy Hair Reset may be required before proceeding with certain styles.
Payments
What forms of payment are accepted?
Remaining balances can be paid via cash, Apple Pay, or card. A 3% service fee applies to card payments. Exact cash is recommended.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Can I reschedule my appointment?
One reschedule is allowed per booking fee if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling must be completed at the time of cancellation.
What if I need to cancel?
Booking fees are non-refundable. A new booking fee is required to rebook.
After-Hours Appointments
Appointments scheduled outside of standard hours, Sundays, or holidays will include an additional service fee.
Health & Wellness
What if I’m not feeling well?
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. Services will be declined if visible symptoms are present.
Children’s Appointments
Do you service children?
Yes. Children are welcome in a prepared and supportive environment.
• Parent/guardian must remain for the full appointment
• Children should be well-rested and prepared with entertainment
• Appointments are canceled if the child is unable to sit for the service
