TF The Hair Loft is a hair and scalp wellness brand focused on healthy hair care, restorative services, and elevated client experiences. Founded in 2020, the brand was created to bridge the gap between beauty, hair health, and education through services that prioritize scalp care, hair integrity, consistency, and long-term results while helping clients better understand the “why” behind their hair and scalp concerns.

Built around the signature TF Method™, every service is approached with a foundation-first philosophy designed to support healthy hair through proper maintenance, scalp-focused care, and informed hair care practices. As the brand evolved, Thriving Follicles™ was introduced to further support scalp wellness and hair restoration for diverse hair textures and concerns.

Beyond beauty services, TF The Hair Loft is rooted in education, mentorship, advocacy, and community-centered care. The brand is committed to creating supportive and inclusive experiences for women, children, the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and clients with diverse hair care needs while continuing to encourage conversations surrounding confidence, self-care, wellness, and entrepreneurship within the beauty industry.

Through initiatives such as Strands of Hope, TF The Hair Loft also supports breast cancer awareness and community outreach through purpose-driven service and care.

Today, TF The Hair Loft specializes in silk presses, protective styling, custom color, extensions, restorative treatments, and scalp-focused services while continuing to promote healthy hair practices and overall hair wellness.

Founder & Visionary

Ta’Jah Fleming is the Founder and CEO of TF The Hair Loft and Thriving Follicles™. She is a Senior Cosmetologist, Certified Hair Loss Practitioner, and trichology student whose work is rooted in healthy hair, scalp wellness, and results-driven care.

​

Before entering the beauty industry full-time, Ta’Jah worked in healthcare as an EMT, an experience that continues to influence her thoughtful and client-centered approach to care today.​While building TF The Hair Loft, she also pursued studies in Business Administration, combining beauty, wellness, and entrepreneurship to create a brand with long-term vision and purpose.

​

Her work now extends beyond the salon through healthy hair advocacy, continued education, mentorship, and innovation within the beauty and wellness space.
