Every strand has a story—and yours matters here. Our mission is to help you feel your best while understanding the why behind your hair and scalp needs. We listen, explain our recommendations, and uphold standards that put integrity, consistency, and thoughtful care first.
Our purpose reaches beyond the salon through mentorship, advocacy, and community outreach. We are building a lasting brand where beauty and education create connection, strengthen confidence, and open doors for others.

Ta’Jah Fleming
Founder & CEO • Trichologist • Senior Cosmetologist • Certified Hair Loss Practitioner
Born and raised in Baltimore, Ta’Jah Fleming is a mother, entrepreneur, and former EMT. She founded TF The Hair Loft in 2020 to bring her passion for beauty and her experience caring for people into one space—where clients feel heard and supported.
As a Trichologist, Senior Cosmetologist, and Certified Hair Loss Practitioner, Ta’Jah pairs her knowledge with a personal approach to care. She believes people deserve to understand their options and feel confident in their choices. Her work is rooted in education, community, and creating opportunities that reach beyond her chair.

Thriving Follicles™ is TF The Hair Loft’s advanced, non-medical hair and scalp wellness division. Through consultations, non-medical assessments, and education, it offers personalized support for adults navigating thinning, shedding, hair loss, and scalp concerns.
The focus is understanding your concerns and supporting informed choices. Thriving Follicles™ does not provide salon services, shampooing, hairstyling, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.
