Service Description
A comprehensive trichology consultation for adults experiencing hair loss, diagnosed alopecia, thinning, excessive shedding, changes in density, breakage, scalp concerns, or those seeking guidance before or after a hair transplant procedure. Includes an in-depth history review, visual hair and scalp review, magnified trichoscope imaging when appropriate, documentation of observable findings, trichology-based education, personalized hair and scalp wellness recommendations, home-care guidance, and a Personalized Hair & Scalp Wellness Plan. Shampooing and hairstyling are not included. Thriving Follicles™ provides trichology-based hair loss, alopecia and scalp wellness education and support and does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or replace evaluation or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.
Cancellation Policy
Thriving Follicles™ consultations are reserved for approved hair loss, alopecia, scalp wellness, and pre/post-hair-transplant support clients. Consultation requests are reviewed before confirmation. The 75-minute consultation fee is $175 and payment in full is required after approval to secure the appointment. Consultation fees are non-refundable. One reschedule may be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Requests with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee and require a new payment. The required Consultation Intake Packet must be completed before the scheduled consultation; incomplete forms may require rescheduling. Please arrive with the hair and scalp accessible for observation. Shampooing and hairstyling are not included. Thriving Follicles™ provides trichology-based hair loss, alopecia, and scalp wellness education and support and may recommend outside professional evaluation when appropriate.
