Your first step before booking a service
Service Description
New to TF The Hair Loft or returning after 8–12+ weeks? Start here with a brief phone consultation. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your hair history, current needs, goals, and desired service. This allows us to recommend the appropriate service and personally schedule your appointment. Depending on your hair needs, your scheduled service may begin with a TF Method™ Foundation Reset, which may include shampooing, scalp assessment, detoxification, hydration or strengthening treatment, drying, trim recommendations, and a customized healthy hair plan to restore balance and prepare your hair for optimal styling results. Your consultation payment serves as your appointment deposit and is applied toward your scheduled service. It is not an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments at TF The Hair Loft are intentionally structured to provide a seamless, elevated experience rooted in healthy hair care through the TF Method™. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. One reschedule is permitted if completed at least 24 hours before your appointment and rescheduled at the time of cancellation. A 10-minute grace period is provided; appointments arriving later may need to be canceled to maintain scheduling flow, and late fees may apply if accommodation is possible. Missed appointments may result in limited future booking access. Appointments are reserved for one guest only to maintain a calm, focused environment. Please arrive prepared for your service. Additional fees may apply for matted hair, excessive prep, extra density, extended length, and appointments scheduled outside of or extending beyond normal business hours. AirPods or headphones are required for calls or personal entertainment during appointments. Remaining balances may be paid via cash, Apple Pay, or credit/debit card (3% processing fee applies). TF The Hair Loft styling services operate under the TF Method™, focusing on healthy hair maintenance and overall hair integrity. Scalp analysis, hair loss consultations, and restoration-focused care are conducted exclusively through Thriving Follicles™. If scalp or hair loss concerns are observed during your appointment, a recommendation may be made for a Thriving Follicles consultation to ensure proper care and assessment. If you are feeling unwell or showing visible signs of illness, please reschedule your appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and policies.
